Stevens Equipment, LLC came under new ownership in April of 2004. Since than, we are revitalizing this company, investing in data management and fabrication technology to bring the company into the 21st century.

We have approximately 45,000 SQ FT of fabrication space. Our projects range from 100-3,000 tons. In 2008, we finished a 2,900 ton project in 4 months for Skanska’s Seattle office. We finished the project on-time with no back charges for quality issues or schedule delays.

We have implemented Fabtrol MRP which enables us to electronically manage drawings, data downloads for populating bill of materials, purchasing and shop management information, effective shipping tracking and various reports to assist in managing large and complex projects.

We have installed a CNC Plasma cutting table for processing all our plate requirements which has greatly improved the quality and fit of parts, reduced lead times, improved shop efficiencies and over all costs.

We have the capacity to finish over 760 tons a month with an optimal mix of work. We have developed affective planning and management systems which start from detailing through shipping that have significantly improved the company’s ability to forecast schedules and meet delivery dates on a complex mixes of jobs and fabrication types.

We have a growing number of contractors that select Stevens Equipment to fabricate their projects because we are the best value and often times not the lowest cost bidder.
